What is covered

The product is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for the time period specified below, provided that the product was properly installed, and all Window Treatments recommendations were followed with regard to limitations and specifications. Manufacturing defects and shipping damage must be reported within 10 days. This warranty extends only as the original purchaser of the product.

What is not Covered

-Any repair, adjustment, addition or motor added by a dealer and not done by us is not covered

-Loss of color intensity, discoloration, fading, cracking or yellowing caused by long exposure to direct sunlight

-Slight color variation

-Wrong installation, Misuse or Vandalism

-Natural variations, cracking, splitting, twisting, bowing, shrinking, or stretching of organic material used shades

-Roller shades exceeding 96 inches in width may present inherent aesthetic variances such as  V-shapes, or wrinkling. Fabrics containing fiberglass are prone to edge fraying, particularly in darker hues. Blackout roller shades, while designed to significantly reduce light entry, may not achieve absolute darkness.

-Fabric damage caused by abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow measuring/installation/use/cleaning maintenance instructions

-The goods will remain the property of ZonaEstilo LLC until paid for in full


Warranty Obligations

The obligations of ZonaEstilo are limited to the replacement or repair of parts or products found to be defective. If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be made with like or similar parts. It is at the sole discretion of ZonaEstilo to determine whether product will be replaced or repaired. If product is to be replaced, the original shade is required to be returned prior to receiving new shade. If this is not possible, the order will be processed as a new shade (Charge) and account will be credited upon returning original product. After 3 months have passed from the purchase date, no product will be remade without returning the original shade.Costs associated with product removal, re-installation, transportation to and from the repair facility are not covered in this warranty.Warranty coverage applies to defective product only. Other window coverings in the room/household will not be replaced.
